Packed with rice bran water, 2% arbutin, and black soybean, this goodie works extra hard to brighten the skin and prevent melanin production, which could lead to pigmentation problems.
Put 2-3 drops of serum on your fingertips. Pat gently on your skin. Let the serum get absorbed a little bit on your skin before applying a moisturizer.
